Our on-site Toolbox Talks are a very popular training medium for briefing staff on issues of specific health and safety relevance to a company. By identifying important topics, such as ‘Working in Winter Darkness’ or ‘Avoiding Accidents at Work’, we can ensure that your staff are made aware of the various health and safety risks in their work environment.

Toolbox Talks should also be recorded in your Company Training Records to demonstrate your commitment to staff safety. Where relevant, we carry out 20 minute Toolbox Talks at the end of an audit at no extra cost, to ensure that your staff are aware of any risks flagged up by the audit. We can also carry out more detailed on-site training sessions as a result of an audit or incident, if required.
