Our health and safety advisers can act as a ‘competent person’ under Regulation 7 of the Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999, providing external advice on your ongoing health and safety requirements. By acting as your Safety Officer on an annual retainer basis, we ensure you have a Safe-n-Sure certificate of Safety Membership as well as access to our health and safety advice helpline. Our Safety Officer can be put on your organisational chart and provide advice and support when liaising with insurance companies.
